There are tons of blog themes available for WordPress. Some are free & some are paid. My advice is to choose one theme that is regularly updated for security as you do not want to get your blog hacked with a poorly designed template. - Trello: This tool I use for communications and project management internally.
- Slack: It is another tool for communication internally.
